These terms and conditions apply to the 2048 Marge Shooter mobile application (package: com.marge.marge2048, hereby referred to as "Application") created by Code Alpha Infotech (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported / Free service.
By downloading, installing, or playing the Application, you automatically agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before enjoying the game.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, game assets, logic, visual effects, logos, and copyrights associated with 2048 Marge Shooter belong exclusively to the Service Provider. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse-engineering, or decompiling of the Application or any of its assets is strictly prohibited.
2. Fair Play & Leaderboard Integrity
Players agree to use the Application in a sportsmanlike manner. Any attempts to manipulate leaderboard scores through bots, memory injection, speed hacks, or automated exploits will result in the immediate and permanent disqualification of that device identifier from the global ranking system.
3. In-Game Power-Ups & Gameplay Features
All power-ups (such as Hammer, Swap, Undo) and score multipliers are virtual gameplay items designed solely for entertainment. They carry no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for legal currency or exchanged outside the Application.

The Application relies on trusted third-party providers including Google AdMob and cloud database services. Your usage of the Application implies acceptance of their respective terms:

The Service Provider reserves the right to deliver updates, optimize gameplay balance, introduce new modes, or modify game features to provide the best player experience.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider provides the game on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances will the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your gameplay experience.
